As a Virginia Beach local, Stephen and his family are proud to still call it home. Stephen obtained his real estate license in 2013 after being exposed to the real estate industry most of his life. He believes real estate encompasses all aspects of life and has found a niche in Property Management and Rental Investments. Every individual has a set of needs and every property has its pros and cons. Stephen has found the fun is in coordinating all possible combinations that ultimately best suit each transaction or experience.
Stephen unwinds while playing golf, discovering new foods around the area, or taking in live music. Being so close to his family for a quick visit, family meal, or a relaxing morning on the beach is very important to him.
Stephen strives to learn everything associated with the business while helping clients make sound investments that benefit them both financially and otherwise. He is most proud knowing that after every transaction, he has done everything possible in the best interest of his client. Stephen may not always have the answer or solution immediately, but he will find it.
