Born and raised in Virginia Beach, Shannon comes to Broadsight Realty from a family with a long history of public service. A graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University with a degree in Business and Marketing, she spent the past 20 years as a Buyer in the private and government sector where she immersed herself in a career that is built on market knowledge, negotiation, communication, and customer satisfaction.

Shannon has a deep understanding of the buyer-seller dynamic, as that has served as a fundamental principle of her successful career. Her interest in real estate comes from her grandparents, who worked incredibly hard through military service to purchase residential rental properties in the Virginia Beach area. Taking care of the properties was a family job and weekends were often spent doing maintenance and learning what it takes to effectively manage properties. Shannon knows hard work. She is motivated, thoughtful, and understands that a place to call home is one of the most important investments you will ever make. She recognizes that every client has a different set of goals, and she will develop the strategy necessary to meet and exceed your expectations with every transaction.

Shannon is married to an educator and high school football coach. Together they have two children who are both actively involved in softball and football. She spends her free time with family, supporting her favorite teams, and enjoying the beautiful city she calls home.
